LMS Theater Performance

If you thought you knew the story of The Princess and The Pea, you may be in for a walloping surprise this spring when Liberty Middle School presents the musical Once Upon a Mattress! Did you know, for instance, that Princess Winnifred actually swam the moat to reach Prince Dauntless the Drab? Or that it may not have been the pea at all that caused the princess a sleepless night? The songs are, by turns, hilarious and raucous, romantic and melodic. Chances are, you'll never look at fairy tales quite the same way again!

Auditions will be in January, and the performances will be on May 10 and 11. The musical will be co-directed by Forrest Gregory and Becki Jones. Stay tuned for more information!
