We are looking forward to seeing you at our open house on Wednesday, August 16 for 6th grade and on Thursday, August 17 for 7th and 8th grades.
You and your child will be able to come and pick up a paper copy of their schedule, receive a small opening school packet of information, find out bus information, and see where classes might be. You can expect main stations in the gym and cafeteria that will allow for a short rotation to pick up information and then time to see where your child’s classes might be.
There will not be time to meet teachers at this abbreviated open house. If you are not available to come to school for the open house, student schedules will be available in Powerschool/Schoology on August Thursday, 17, and you can access them from the comfort of your own home.
The first day of school (Monday, August 21) has been designated as a transition day for all 6th graders. This day will consist of transition activities, tours, and getting students new to our building acclimated to LMS. All students will attend on Tuesday, August 22 as an A day.
