Academic teams are a vital part of the middle school experience. They give students the space to grow physically, socially, and academically under the caring guidance of a dedicated team of educators—building on the single-teacher foundation of elementary school while preparing students for the independence of high school.
How Our Teaming Model Works
Our teams center around your student’s math and English language arts (ELA) teachers who share the same cohort of students. These teachers collaborate daily to monitor student progress and support individual student needs.
To ensure support across every subject, our grade-level admin team actively connects with content teachers (such as science, social studies, and electives) through regular team meetings. This collaboration keeps all teachers aligned on student support and progress with both behavior and academic growth.
